Shipping Policy

Orders for in-stock products are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs clearance, and other factors. The estimated shipping time and available delivery options may be shown during checkout where applicable.

For customized, OEM, or ODM orders, production time may vary depending on order quantity and customization requirements. Standard customized orders generally require approximately 7–15 business days, while large-volume or complex customized orders may require 15–30 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
