Customized, OEM, or ODM orders generally require additional production time.

Standard customized orders may require approximately 7–15 business days, while large-volume or complex customized orders may require approximately 15–30 business days depending on the specifications and order quantity.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Production will generally be based on the specifications approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that trademarks, logos, designs, artwork, instructions, or other materials supplied to us for customization do not infringe third-party rights.

Custom quotations, minimum order quantities, production times, payment schedules, sampling fees, tooling charges, and other commercial terms may vary by project.

Where a separate quotation, purchase order, invoice, specification sheet, or written agreement applies to an OEM/ODM order, those specific terms will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content, including trademarks, logos, product images, graphics, text, videos, designs, layouts, product information, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to WellEmpire, VTAPE, their operating company, or their respective licensors.
